These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of limousine and taxi services provided by Black Range Limo, a professional transportation service operating from Manhattan, New York City, United States (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, using, or paying for our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Airport Transfers: Transportation between Manhattan and major airports including JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark.
Local Transfers: Point-to-point rides within Manhattan and surrounding boroughs.
Inter-City Tours: Chauffeured trips between cities within the Tri-State area and other approved destinations.
Hourly & Custom Bookings: Available upon request, subject to driver and vehicle availability.

2. Reservations & Bookings

Reservations may be made through our website, phone, or authorized booking platforms.
Advance booking is recommended, particularly for airport transfers and long-distance rides.
Confirmation of booking will be sent via email or SMS once payment or deposit (if applicable) is received.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include base fare, driver charges, and fuel.
Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, extended stops, or changes to itinerary.
Payment is required prior to or at the time of service via approved methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, or cash where applicable).
Gratuities for drivers are not included in fares unless explicitly stated.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Airport Transfers: Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.
Local/City Rides: Minimum of 6 hours’ notice required for a refund.
Inter-City Tours: At least 24 hours’ notice required for a refund.
No-shows or late cancellations will result in a 100% service charge with no refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information, including flight details (for airport transfers).
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. Black Range Limo shall not be held liable for lost or stolen property left in vehicles.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
No smoking, illegal drugs, or unlawful behavior is permitted inside vehicles.
Excessive mess, spills, or damage caused by passengers may result in cleaning or repair fees.

6. Company Responsibilities

Vehicles will be clean, well-maintained, and properly licensed for commercial passenger transport.
Drivers will be professional, licensed, and compliant with all applicable traffic and safety regulations.
We strive to be punctual; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Black Range Limo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service in question.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, accidents, or public emergencies.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New York County, NY.

10. Amendments

Black Range Limo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
